winter sports final game scores

Hi you probably know my name if you'v read my blog's but if you haven't hi i'm Harry and today I'll be talking about our last match of the season for my school football.team So the starting team was me Hayun and Carter up front and I was on the right wing, with Hayun was on the left side.  Karter was in the middle at striker position,  Jimi and Frankie were in the center mid positions , Zack K and Dejon were at the centre back positions, and James was in goalkeeper. We started  off well and we were winning 1-0. Soon we were 2-0 in front and by half time the score was  3-1 half  to us. At half time we talked about strategies and all that other stuff.  From the first kick after half time we scored and it was now  4-1 and then 4-2. Suddenly one of their players came up and had a good shot at goal but I saved it because I was the goalkeeper in the second half. Then another one of their players came close to getting a goal but by this time  it was 5-2 and it was the full time. The whistle blew and we had won 5-2. We've only had three wins this season and have been relegated twice. For me personally we've had a great season I think I improved my skills and goal keeping also physicality.I hope you enjoyed my blog bye by Harry.Tell me about your favorite sport?

Help the enviorment

Hi you know my name if you have read my other blogs if you haven't hi my name is Harry. Today I  will be telling you why pollution is bad for the environment.

1. It pollutes the air and if it pollutes to much we won't be able to breath and we will die.
2. It affects animals too.
3.It smells bad.
that is real bad if things happen most pollution comes from factory's and other place  that need smoke hears a poster that I made.

Fortnite part 1

I was dropping lazy lagoon I went into the pirate ship and opened my first chest of the day I got an uncommon ar and some wood and bandages I picked up everything except for bandages then I opened some more chests 10 minutes later of looting my slots were looking better I had a legendary shotgun a epic heavy sniper a epic scar. YMCA Dance for Kindness

This term our Project Based Learning (PBL) has been about kindness and the big question was:
How can we build community through our actions?

First, we explored some collaborative activities and discussed how we could include kindness and
build a sense of community through our actions at camp. Next, we were organised into groups where
we had to unpack the above question. In our groups we considered how we could spread community
and kindness through our entire school community. We decided that we would offer something that
was free and would make others happy.

We created an action plan and we put our thoughts and ideas on it we all decided we were
going to do a dance contest we were also give out prize's for the best dancer's.

Reflection:

For our final product our group made a video dancing to the YMCA song.

How did our action build a sense of community? it made everybody in the hub happy

I think the PBL might impact on others by making other people happier and having fun.

Market Day

This term our Project Based Learning (PBL) has been about design and the big question was; How can we use a Steam approach to make a marketable product?

First we learned what STEAM stood for.
S for Science
T for Technology
E for Engineering
A for the Arts
and M for Maths
Then we were given challenges. The first to make a chair using newspaper, string and straws that was able to hold a figure made out of multi-link blocks.
Then; make a table that was able to balance M&Ms for the team. We were much better at the second challenge because we worked together and it was more easier and fun.

In Literacy we learned to write up science experiments and to write a technology report using the design process of ask, imagine, plan, create, improve and share.Here's a link to are work

Our next step was to form teams and ask ourselves the big question again.
How can we use a Steam approach to make a marketable product? Our aim was to create enough products or experiences and sell it to raise money for charity.

Reflection

My highlight from this PBL we sold out real fast because we only had 9 sets

Next time I would make something different and try to make more of them because we only had 9 of them.

PBL Blog

This term our Project Based Learning (PBL) has been about cultural stories and the big question was;
What is the significance in the 21st Century of our Cultural stories?

First we brainstormed what culture is and came up with lots of ideas. Culture is where you are from traditions or religions
Then we thought about our own culture and talked to our parents about our traditions and heritage. I wrote a post about my family and things we like to do.
In Literacy we read and discussed myths and legends from around the world then we concentrated on Maori legends. I read stories like How Maui stopped the Sun and  I retold the legend of how Maui stopped the sun in my own words.

We made a performance about the story Battle of the Mountains. Some students wrote the script, some students took on the job of making all the artwork, some worked hard on organising the music and others took on the role of bringing the story alive with dance and drama.

Reflection:

For our production I contributed by doing art and being the river.

I think the show might impact on others by my sister will now know about the Battle of the Mountions

What I learned about working with others was fun.
